Dr. Lauren Simpson offers Nonprofit consulting. She has a Masters in Nonprofit Leadership from Belmont University as of August 2012. 

In addition, Dr. Simpson is the Founder and Executive Director of Adjust Your Crown Mentoring Incorporated. AYCM is a 501 (c)(3) Nonprofit organization focused on mentoring and scholarship founded on February 15, 2016. www.adjustyourcrownmentoring.org.

The services are based on a hourly rate helping clients understand strategic planning, 501(c)(3) status, Incorporation, tax exemption, fundraising, and passion. This service can be conducted via conference call.

The initial consultation consist of all of the steps to not only becoming a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization but also sustainable. There is no minimum of consultations required. After the initial consultation homework will be given at your own pace to complete the task and additional consultations can be booked. For example, follow-up consultations can be on Financial documents and strategic planning, incorporation application, and 501(c)(3) application.
